At the moment as a startup we do not offer free return. 

 

In the unlikely event you've received a faulty item, check out our 'I received a faulty item' page.

 

Please don't return any damaged or incorrectly delivered goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team or your return is approved in your customer page. 

If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

RETURNS POLICY

We get it, sometimes you buy something, and it just doesn’t work out. If you bought your item from brokestudentinc.com and it’s still in its original condition, you have 14 days to send it back for a refund or exchange.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items.
  • No returns on underwear, swimwear, or bottles (for hygiene reasons).
  • Socks? Only if they’re still sealed in the original packaging.
  • Personalized items? Nope, can’t return those.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition—no refunds if they’re damaged or used.
  • If you bought it pop-up store or at a events, you need your original receipt or e-receipt.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (or a gift card if one was used).
  • Expect up to 7 days for processing after we receive your return + another 5 days for the refund to hit your account.

OTHER STUFF YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Keep your return receipt! We might ask for proof.
  • One return per order. You can’t combine multiple returns into one package.
  • If you bought something at a pop-up store or event, check your receipt—some purchases can’t be returned online.

Sent your return but still no refund? Yeah, that’s frustrating—we get it. Here’s what might be going on

WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG

  • Return shipping times depend on your country, region and the courier you used. It can take anywhere from a few days to up to 30 days to us.
  • Once it arrives, we need up to 7 days to check it in and process it.
  • After that, your refund can take another 5 days to appear in your account.

WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG?

  • Check your return tracking (if your courier provided one).
  • Look for updates like "Returned," "Delivered," or "Returned to Warehouse"—that means it’s at our warehouse and being processed.
  • You’ll get an email once your refund is officially on its way.

STILL NO UPDATES?

If your return is taking longer than expected, reach out to us with:

  • Proof of return (photo of your receipt)
  • Your order number (e.g., #UK123456)
